By completing a booking with Auto Rently you accept the following terms. Please read carefully before confirming.
All renters must be 21 or older with a valid driving licence held for at least one year. Foreign nationals require a valid International Driving Permit alongside their passport.
Vehicles are for personal travel on public roads only. Commercial use, racing, off-road driving, or sub-renting is strictly prohibited and voids all insurance coverage.
The primary renter is responsible for all traffic fines, toll charges, and penalties during the rental. These will be recovered from the registered payment method.
Damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and charged to the renter. Basic third-party cover is included; comprehensive protection is available as an optional add-on at booking.
Full-to-full fuel policy applies. Kilometres beyond the plan allowance are billed at the per-km rate specified in your booking confirmation.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is straightforward and fair to all parties.

Returning the vehicle before the agreed end date does not qualify for a partial refund on unused days unless a written arrangement was made at the time of booking.
The refundable security deposit is processed within 24 to 48 hours of vehicle return, subject to a clean handover with no damage or outstanding charges.
